SOLID / PVC PIPES
solid wall pipes are made as per IS 15328 and marked with ISI mark. These pipes are available in different stiffness classes. Pipes up to 250mm sizes are available with plain and socketed ends. Pipes supplied with socket ends are available both in solvent weld and rubber ring. Separate coupler with unique design of click ring and rubber-sealing rings are available up to 250 mm sizes which makes the system absolutely watertight. 315 and 400mm size pipes are supplied only with plain end and solvent weld type coupler. The pipes are available in 3m and 6m lengths.
STRUCTURE WALL PIPES
These have a unique wall structure i.e. with a number of “holes” in the wall thickness in a longitudinal direction. It is a “Profile” wall pipe using I-beam construction. As a result, the Eco-drain pipes are noticeably lighter and less expensive than any existing PVC pipe for drainage application of similar stiffness and many times lighter than a concrete pipe with equivalent load-carrying capacity. We have extended the size range and now these pipes are available up to 400mm sizes.
Double-wall corrugated pipes are stronger than solid wall pipes. They have a unique wall structure with corrugated structure externally and smooth surface internally.
